just wondering advantages and disadvantages of the two is it worth regearing to maybe 4.56s or bigger already have 3.73s in my 96 xj tow package

 

oh and i have a 3inch rc lift with bfg at's mostly do light to medium off roading...

235 75 15 for now but i think ima go bigger maybe 32 or 33's so im thinking ill need lower gears to turn em

 

With stock tires you're fine for now. Most people say 4.56 feels good with 33"s, it should be closest to stock gearing "feel." Some people go with 4.88s for just a little extra, that's what I'm planning on doing, also because I'm gonna move up to 35"s

 

You're probably not going to tell a huge difference in 3.73 vs 4.10. I'd go for 4.56 and 33's if you're planning to jump up in tire size.
