Hack n tap questions
Hi I have a 2000 Cherokee sport with the np242j transfer and d35 rear........ I have a 4.5 rough country lift with 1" t-case drop ....... I have had vibrations that start around 50 mph..... It's getting annoying so how difficult is a hack n tap to do at home??? And what's a good one to buy???? And will I need both new driveshafts???? Sorry for all the questions I am new to jeeps but I love em

Scale of 1 to 10, ten being the hardest a 6 or 7. You have to cut and shorten your rear output spline on your tcase as straight as possible and drill and tap for a bolt pretty dead center that secures the sye to the tcase ouput. Just cut straight and drill straight and you will be fine.
The sye and refurb ds come with nice detailed instructions.
