do i need a transfercase drop?
will factory lcas be okay?

No

barely
brake line extentions?
unnecessary at that height
reasonable shock suggestions?
JK takeoffs or any 10" travel shock. I'd say bilstein but one 5100 costs more than this "lift"

You can. You'll regret it later

no
factory sway bar links be okay?
maybe. Probably not
anything else needed?
so much. U bolts specifically

thanks in advanced for the input
My frank recommendation man, don't do this. Skating by with cheap, minimum parts just to lift it is going to cause so many problems that you'll either spend a crap ton more, or wish you would have left it stock.

With the exception of my leaf packs, my rig has none of the original lift parts from when I first lifted it.

what kind of issues come from redrilling the track bar if i reenforce it by fabbing up a plate? im debating on other options but dont want to sink too much onto my jeep

The problem with the stock track bar/panhard bar is not just the length but also the single shear joint. It nears its maximum angle when jeep is lifted and will bind when suspension is in full droop. Binds at the TRE joint at body, and also will make contact with axle bracket.
Most aftermarket bars are double shear and have added clearance for axle bracket.
If a band-aid fix is necessary, I would use a relocation bracket before drilling the axle bracket.

As with many things cheap may end up costing you a lot of money in the long run.

For 200 bucks you can have one of the best made trackbars http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/10215.html And a lift chart
