TBH what you are describing really sounds like drive line issues, nothing to do with the lift itself. You should really focus on the floppy T-Case before anything else. If that is flopping around, the thud you hear may be the case flopping or even your diff/drive shaft doing wierd **** because of the angle it is do to the t-case jumping. Also from what I have read from your post, it is 100% that you need to mount your transmission down properly. The end shaft of the t-case WILL NOT flop around because it is a continuous shaft from trans to d-shaft.

Also you may have multiple issues here, do you have the SYE? I found that the drop kit was worth its weight in air. I would never recomend it to anyone. If you do have the SYE, as I was told on here a few hours ago, you need to shim the rear axle to be within 1* of the t-case yoke.

There are many variables that can play out here but the biggest is the inproperly mounted trans.

Hope you find out what the deal is let us know

I hope so too, its just a matter of my buds and me and the retail shop to be around at the same time and deal with it. Freakin sucks but oh well. Just tryin to chill out about it but I just want it done.

Got some vibration rattle type feeling while accelerating. Also when I feather on or off the gas very lightly or not you can kinda feel and hear a bump knock sound as well.

When the back comes down off a speed bump, on the way up you also feel and hear a small thud.

When I shake the rear drive shaft up and down it moves along a tad with the transfer case.

A buddy believes this is all from that drive shaft and to lower the case will do it up.

Ive read broader routes to take as well, feel free to pour them in, cost would be nice too.

Im only runnin 30s by the way.

Check the bolts on the rear shocks to the unibody. Mine made a thud feeling when hitting TINY bumps or really big bumps. Figured out they were loose, the pin hitting the unibody

Well i did a stupid mistake and had to take it to a 4x4 shop right after the lift install. They took it for a test drive and said I had horrible driveline vibrations up until 40 mph.
