If I wanted to go from 3in. to 4.5in. of lift what else would I have to change?

 

Probably at least a tcase drop if not an sye, extended brake lines, an alignment, adjustable track bar. Plus whatever route you want to take to get the extra inch and a half (ie shackles, slavers, shocks, springs etc).
