In the event you want/need to do this, here's the answer for a 6" lift.

You want a 1999-2003 F-250 front shaft. (41") and a Corvette slip yoke.

But why? What is the benefit of the big tires and lift on a 2WD? I don't mean to criticize, honest question.

It will be 4x4. No XJ project is ever completed. It's lifted so my wife can hit stuff because she drives horribly.

That corvette slip yoke is what is most sold and used as a hack-n-tap for the XJ. Even the same part number.
I believe it is the yoke in this link; http://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/p9_2...rvette_13.html

"I can't find parking."
"There's parking right in front."
"I can't park there. I saw a word in a stylized font that made me uncomfortable."
