2in lift plus 1.5 in shackles?

2in lift plus 1.5 in shackles?
Hey guys, so my 98 currently has a 2in lift kit by the previous owner, i want a 3.0 or 3.5 in lift on it to run 31s, if I put 1.5 in shackles in the back could that work with the current lift in the rear? I think there was a leaf added and there is no sag in the back. Obviously in the front I would need to put new coil springs. What else would I need if this would even work. SYE, tcase drop?

That should work fins along with a 3" coil up front as most want a little more lift in the rear than the front, they came that way stock also. Rustys offers 2 different coil rates depending on if you plan on a winch/bumper or stock setup.
