Default 2000 XJ sags to the passanger side

I have a 2000 XJ 4x4 4.0L with a ZONE 3in lift with AAL in back springs up front and new shocks, and new wheels and new 31x10.5r15 MT tires. I have less than 3k miles since the lift and the passanger side sags about a full inch. The jeep has 164k miles. When i get under it, it all seems to be fine, first thing i thought was a collapsed isolater pad but it looks fine. And so does the shock and control arms. Its bugging the hell out of me. Any ideas?

Rear passenger leaf weaker than the drivers side from taking the majority of the torque for all those miles. I know my passenger side is softer than the drivers even with a bastard pack. I tried Zone AAL and learned the hard way it is a bad choice. Main leaf started to warp and bow near the shackle in a few months.

Are your coils bowed in the front? My XJ sagging like yours, but I have 5" of lift and it looks like it's time for some adjustable arms to correct the problem.

Why was the Zone AAL a bad idea? And why would the rear leafs affect the front passenger side front? The rear leafs all look to be fine visually, but I could be wrong.

The AAL just about ruined the main leaf because they are too short and put most of the pressure a few inches before the shackle. I didnt see where you said the front was sagging and since you said you used AAL and I had experienced them first hand I took a guess. Measure all 4 corners axle to frame and see where it is off the most. If the coils are seated properly and the isolators are good there isnt much else. You could loosen your front control arms and cycle the suspension and retorque.
