An I use a 2000 head on a 94 block 4.0? I'm starting a motor swap and need to know. The head bolts look like different sizes. Also anyone got pictures of some cool paint jobs for the 4.0 motor?

 

You don't want to use an 00 or 01 head, they had a bad casting batch and are prone to cracking. I think it should fit, but I wouldn't reccommend it. Try and find a 99 one or one from a 4.0 l6 grand Cherokee after 03, which will be the same as the 00-01 but a better casting.

 

It is a tupy head off an 04 grand I forgot to mention .

 

Your 94 exhaust won't fit the 04 head.
