Hey Guys, I’ve been keeping an eye on the forum since getting my XJ, but this is my first post...so be gentle.



I’ve got a 2000 Jeep XJ Cherokee 4x4 with the 9” rear drums and non-ABS. I blew a brake line, and am needing to replace them since they’re all rusty and crusty (joys of being in the Midwest). I ordered a Dorman 919-236 kit at Autozone (not my first choice, but it’s what I could get to on my lunch break). Which is what they told me I needed, but now that I’m ripping into it, and pulling them one at a time, I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that I’m screwed and I need a Jeep XJ Power Disc non-ABS kit that’s a 9 piece due to it having the 3 short lines.






Any help, would be greatly appreciated as I’ve got to get this fixed so that I can get back and forth to work.
