so found my problem finally.
broke lifter has straight destroyed my cam shaft. time for at the very least, a new cam. im worried with the 2000 being different as far as computer, etc would building a stroker be a pain in the *** as far as a tune in concerned? or would the computer adapt fine with the distributorless system?
im hoping to get away with just a camshaft and maybe new bearings. any larger duration cams that would hop a little power from it without having to worry about the computer adapting?

the ECU will adapt to pretty much anything you can do stroker wise until you start getting crazy with compression and race gas (then you'll need an adj MAP and AF gauge to see wtf is going on) or go FI. just run enough octane to avoid pinging.
