Default 2 inch lift for Cherokee

I'm looking to get a 2 inch lift for my Cherokee. I was wondering if i should go with new leaf springs, or if i should go with add-a-leak kits? Also, what are some good 2 inch lifts out there? I would also like to see some pictures a Cherokee with a 2 inch lift. Thanks.

I agree with Mike, buy some Old Man Emu light load leaf packs. Very easy to install, hold up VERY well. Then, just two a two inch coil-spacer on each side on the front suspension and there you have it! A little more expensive then the one cheap option listed above, but well worth it in my opinion.

I bought one of the fat bob kits off ebay, aal for the rear and spacers for the front. installed easy works pretty good and can always throw shackles to the rear if I need another inch or so.

And one more quick question, can I drive with the regular size shocks for a couple months if I do the shackle and spacer lift? Thanks.

Might aswell do it. you're supposed to have an alignment done every once and a while anyway.

Definatly the cheapest way to go if your rear springs are in good condition. If they are sagging you will still have a sagging rear.

In which case a full set of rear springs would be the way to go

You cant get full packs until 3 inchs unless you're saying replace with stock size AND put shackles. Which doesnt sound like a good idea to pay for springs then 6 months later replace them anyway.

The lift shakels are no good for the factory springs, cause they most likily sag now. This is something everyone should know, also the Ome light duty springs are not made for xj's ,Ome says to use medium duty springs, this also is common sense if the guy that said light duty, he needs to read up on things first.Just stating facts and common knowledge here guy's.
