? About a 1998 Cherokee drivers seat for a 2 door model.

Ok interchangeable with what other vehicles seats? Saturn, Mazda bucket seats? Can I use my mounting hardware from the Cherokee and attach it to other bucket seat tracks?

You can get some nice cushy seats out of a grand Cherokee and just use your existing frame-rails. If you're feeling really ambitious, you can modify the backseat too. Just search the forum.
