1997 XJ catalytic and cat-back exhaust system install

So looking for some advice. My 97 XJ needs a new cat-back exhaust system and cat converter, ordered both parts from Amazon.

On a scale of 1-5, how difficult is this going to be?
I've only done some minor maintenance since I've owned the Jeep, so I don't have a lot of experience when it comes to more advanced projects like these.
Anything I should know? Specific tools I need or equipment I need?

Piece of cake when i install mine.

Difficult part is removing the old parts but with the right tool (Reciprocating Saw), it wasn't that difficult.

No welding needed, the dynomax comes with all the uclamps need but you would need an additional uclamps for your collector/cat connection (i believe is 2.5" if i'm not wrong).
