1990 laredo

im looking in to buying a 1990 laredo with 140,000 miles it has a 3in lift (skyjacker), 31's and a k&n coldair... The guy wants 2,500 is that to much??

I bought my 94 country with 189,xxx on it with a 4.5 rustys lift, front stinger bumper and rack with 31s for 2150$
