Hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction. Currently on my 1988 Cherokee Laredo, my taillights do not come on with the headlights, while my headlights, brake lights and rear turn signals work fine. Tested with a multimeter and not getting power to the taillights. Additionally, my gauge cluster lights do not turn on. Finally, while the two little spotlights on the dome light turn on when each respective button is pushed, the dome light that typically turns on when the door is opened does not come on when a bulb is attached between the live and ground wires, but does turn on all the time (door open or not) when I touch ground side of the bulb to my roof immediately above it.

Originally when troubleshooting my dome light fuse and parking light fuse were blown. I replaced them and the dome blew again. Replaced it and it’s good now but still having same issue.

Mods I’ve done:

-I recently installed the headlight H4 harness/relays to improve headlights per cruiser’s tips. Only variance from what he described is that the harness had a single male H4 plug (I believe he suggested using two independent harnesses with two male plugs. I plugged the one into the passenger side headlight harness) and two female plugs, which I ran to each of the headlights, and two relays.
