17x9 wheels with -12mm offset fit?

Found a nice set of.rims off a 03 wrangler has 315s looking for meata when.i get ny jeep lifted 4.5 and no,im,not afraid to.cut my fenders.but will they fit as.far as offset.and bolt pattern

Bolt pattern is 5x4.5 which is the same as the cherokee so that is fine and the offset should be fine as well.
