1" or DIY leaf shackles?

1" or DIY leaf shackles?
Fabricated and installed new Shackle mount boxes,,
But do to my design (or lack of), I need shackles that are 1" longer. The will have to remain "skinny" (cant flare out) for the 1st 2 inches.
I see plenty of "1 inch lift" shackles but they are 2" longer and flare out immediately at the mount bushing.
Or worst case, what size is the round tubing the bushing goes in? if I have to make my own?
