I installed these
Yes they're a larger investment than shackles/relocators but they didn't add more than 1/2" of lift and now there's no shackle to worry about.
Obligatory rig shot:
My RE packs are a joke and I'm sitting at ~7" over stock ride height with what was supposed to be 3.5" packs...meh
