WTB: XJ Steering Column, Wheels & Tires

Looking for a steering column to fit a '91 XJ. Not 100% sure what years will interchange but I would guess '91-'94 is what I need. I don't really care what color and whether or not it has tilt, but it needs to be in good shape with no slack.

Also looking for a set of 31's with good tread, would prefer an all terrain design, and some nice alloy wheels like MT Classics or something similar (wheels and tires don't have to be together... if you have either I am interested)

I am in Portland, if you are within an hour away and have any of the above parts let me know!

I have a set of black 15x8 d-hole wheels I bought a while back and now I'm not really in the mood to lift it anymore. Paid $120, asking the same. 5 wheels, decent shape but not new. No center caps.
