Welcome 99black! Haven't seen you around yet but I'm sure I will.
On another note any one else Canadian on JeepKings? Site seems to have been down for the last week. Somebody not pay the hosting bill?

Shiny! Hope you don't try to pull much with those tie-down loops on the front bumper lol.
Come to think of it I haven't been on JeepKings in a few weeks.

I think we had two short breaks in the rain here since Tuesday. I brought my Stealth home on Tuesday and discovered I was stuck in 3rd gear limp mode when I went to take off. Today was the first real break in the rain and I was able to trace the problem. Then it rained again right around 4:30 this afternoon. I almost feel like I am living in North Van

Where are tou Ultimate? Kingston seems to have been spared from the rain that the rest of Ontario has been getting. A friend of mine in Waterloo has been putting off waxing his car for two weeks or something. Yeah SG Mason I've been asking if he travelled to Seattle or Vancouver or something...
Thanx Salad, yup just finished washing the weekend off her. The "D" rings are rated @ 10000 this past winter those loops recovered 6 poor souls out of the ditches including 2 full size Z71 Chevy's ! they have done several double line pulls with the winch to get me back on solid ground! They have seen some heavy use and are working as they should (installed properly they become more than just jewelery for your rig )
Thanx Jamie, based down in the old south but she's the work truck too so I am all over S.W. Ontario! Look forward to seeing you in my travels (Walton next weekend)

Just finished replacing the capacitors in my fault TCM for my Stealth, fingers crossed i have all my forward gears now. It looks like it might be missing a surface mount diode though so I may still have to send the unit off to Florida to be repaired/fixed. Fingers crossed that I am wrong, if I am not I am looking at another $300 to get this car fixed. That will make $1500 in the last 3 weeks I have put into a car I can't drive
My XJ doesn't really need that much to go for a safety. Just quarters, rockers (doing the 2X6 steel rockers), rotors, pads, one rear cylinder, and shoes. I want to beef up my front end and raise it to match the rear too. Most of it is pretty quick and easy repairs, but I thought the Stealth was ready til lthe transmission started acting up.
