There are a few Alberta 4x4 and offroad forums, I can't remember what they are though. I lived in Fort Mac for a few years, and was on the Fort McMurray Jeep forum as well, though it's slow as molasses.

 

I haven't read through all pages to see if it has been mentioned, but edmontonjeep.com is pretty commonly used..
