Chris from Edmonton, I think i'm in the minority but there are some amazing trails up here. not even that far from the sprawling metropolis of The city that has the Big Mall. And if you are into cheap thrills, the many construction zones around the north end are an endless supply of mud holes and deep bogs to cavort in.
I will see you in the sticky stuff, my friends

That's a sweat piece of work Binks, nice XJ.
Offroad Addiction out of London might be able to suggest a way to hook with some wheelers down that way?? There's always the TriCityJeepClub out of Kitchener area with some great wheelin, primarily north but an ever increasing territory.
Viable wheelin area are tough, I'm north of Guelph and there's no public domain accessible here. We do some private farm land with permission periodically and some local mud bog events. Gotta go north for sanctioned trails. Keep up the work on your truck and posting updates.

I know this is in the "wrong" thread but I am looking for peoples opinions that wheel in the same area I live in so.... I have put this here for a reason.
I was looking around and I found Zone Offroad... Has anyone got reviews on them?
I am also wondering if $1600 for a RE 4.5 lift is worth the extra money or if $950 for a Zone 4.5 lift will do? It will be a DD with a little trail "learning"...
I have looked for some RC lifts in the area but I can't seem to get anyone that is carrying or wants to sell any. I figure if I am going to pay shipping and taxes/duty from the US I may as well get the RE for a little more money. Hence the Zone information.

I've only heard decent things about the Zone stuff. I love that the RE lifts have everything but the shocks. Even the 3.5 to me looks awesome. I don't know how to get Zone up here aside from ship it up but Just Jeeps is a Rubicon Express dealer

Well the only thing I can say is everyone around here loves RE and that should be good enough for me since I am so new to this. I was thinking about getting the 3.5 RE but I wasn't sure if that would be high enough. Then again the 4.5 RE is way more money and I would still need to get the shocks.
Now the Zone stuff looks to come with everything I would need and is almost half the cost. So I was thinking if I was going to go nuts with the wheeling thing I could always get a better set up with a better rig. I will have to do something soon since my leafsprings are so bad I am hitting with a load of groceries in the back.
I would ether have to go through Autoworks Offroad, Just Jeeps or Zone Offroad Canada. I have not found anyone in the Oshawa area that sells Rough Country anymore.
