Ill be there, i was going to go a couple days ago but couldnt find anyone to come with. I went a couple weeks ago with a buddy in his ZJ, didnt go well, he broke a CV joint and i had to help him off the trail. I am looking forward to testing out my new Zone 3in leafs and by Jan i should have new coils on the front. For those that havent been there, there is a big parking lot just inside the main gate we can meet up at and an Autozone a couple miles away. If my buddy with the ZJ isnt working ill bring him out too.

Im from Martinsville. My friend with the ZJ has to work so he wont be there. We are planning our own trip on the 2nd. Hopefully he doesent break another CV joint on the trail and end up stuck in 2wd again.

still plannin on it. you guys wanna do a pitch in type setup for lunch. my buddies and i normal each bring something and have a sandwich and some chips and soda on the trail so we dont have to run back to town. i can bring some cold cuts and bread if anyone is willing to pitch in. just finished putting my "3in" pro comp springs and Zone shocks on the front of my jeep today. was planning on eliminating my pucks in the front, but the springs turned out to only give me 1" so i had to keep the pucks. rig rides great and handles way better than before, despite removing the sway bar. getting real anxious to hit some trails.

I plan on making you guys some hot dogs on a grill in the parking lot. Bring some water, gatorade, pop/soda, chips, or whatever as a cheap and easy side.

Should be 48*F and partly cloudy. Expect a little mud, but manageable conditions.

yeah...im not gunna make it....

went out today with my friend in his ZJ. we did trails 1,21,3,2, and some of 14 and 0. his ZJ is currently sitting in a mud pit on trail 2. IDK if anyone is close enough to get down there anyime in the next couple of days, but we need a hand getting it out. i tried to pull it out but its in there pretty good.

we got locked in the park and had to find a way around the gate. my jeep is now missing both tail lights, drivers window, drivers mirror, passenger side front shock mount (lower, pulled the bar pin out), and is sitting in the Spencer autozone with im hoping only smoked rear end bearings and a blown wheel cylinder.

Our day went great until we lost our trail map and just tried to wing it. If anyone knows someone around the area that can get there he is willing to pay for gas. All the people we know that could do it have full size trucks and get get back to it.

Well my jeep is apart at the moment(will be ready for saturday). Sounds like you need more help than I can provide anyway. Call the gate house at 812-847-9172 and see if they can provide any assistance in getting out. Good luck!
