Simple, what do you have planned for your Jeep in 2014.
For me:
Install and fab up my shock hoops and install new Bilstein rear shocks
15x8 Beadlocks
Spare rear axle shaft and driveshaft
Possiby convert Clayton radius arms to 3 link
Finish the WJ swap
Build my rear bumper
Might look into some half doors, but i doubt it.
Possibly do a rack creation, but i think i would rather do an interior/ hyrid cage.

hmm this could be a long list...
pacesetter header
full 2.5" exhaust
all suspension components in the front end
disc brake swap on the rear
rear main seal
oil pump
99+ intake manifold
make a cold air intake
headliner
aftermarket stereo
6.5" door speakers
rear springs
I spent the first half of this year doing maintenance and gasket changing. spent the last half of this year enjoying a reliable vehicle. next year I'll move onto the fun stuff ie exhaust radio..

So, I have two possible pathways...
1st path:
2nd path:
I would actually love to do a 5 speed swap since I'm gonna have to get a new transmission anyway, but I don't know what's involved with that. Especially since I have a 96...
1st path:
- Sell it before I sink too much cash in it.
- Pick up a clean, 97+ 4 wheel drive 4 door
- Tune-up, fluids, swap in radio and speakers from the old one
- 3.5" lift
- 31" tires
2nd path:
- Keep the 2wd 2 door I have now
- get the hatch support welded back on, new struts
- Fix fender, weld door hinges
- Take out carpet, either bedline interior and trash carpet or shampoo carpet
- WJ seats?
- 3.5" lift
- 31s
- get an 4wd AW4 and NP242, d30, other misc ****

Trust me, not attached at all. It's just that selling it for as much as I would like is not a possibility. I think I could get maybe 2k out of it. So, that means I should start saving up money... then get the hell out of the 2 door... and then buy myself a 97+.

If i don't get to the tires before New years,
Mount new Duratracs
Order and mount Rididco Sliders
Level out the front
Replace axle side upper control arm bushings with RE retros
V8 Tie Rod
29sp. 8.25 (hopefully with a oem limited)
Dif. Covers
Not sure if this year or whenever but I want detour's backbone with a 8-9k winch

rear disk conversion on my 8.25
auto locker in the rear
tranny cooler
install my HD shackle relocation
install my jcr 1 ton steering
front bumper
door mod on the rear doors (already have fronts done)
get rid of my RC control arms and upgrade to better arms or do long arms
replace my cracked header with oem or aftermarket
and maybe some off road lights and rock lights to finish it all off

Must do (already have the parts!):
1. Rustproof the underside
2. Fit new LPG injectors
Hope to:
3. Look at a new exhaust manifold
4. Fix Vac leak so it's not running in Defrost forever.
5. Get the aircon working
6. Detroit Trutrac for the back axle (Currently open diff).
If I get any 3 of those done in a year I'll be doing well!
