You know you drive an xj when your flyin down the highway passing people and look down at your speedometer and your doing 140kms (80miles) and think to yourself not that you should slow down but wow I can't believe it will go this fast with no shakes smells shimies or weird noises.


You know you drive an xj when your flying along the highway on your way to play a gig and you spot an awesome patch of mud in a field and actually consider pulling off the road unloading the thousands of dollars worth of amps guitars drums etc. that is perfectly packed to fit just to go play in the mud.

 

You know you drive an XJ when you use it to crush boxes. Did this a couple times at work, including tonight. My brother laughed his butt off.

 

You know you drive an XJ when you get pissed off at it and consider buying another vehicle, only to either buy another XJ or just fix the one you have lol

When some random guy offers to buy it off you, even though it's just a stock 2wd with 194k on it, and you can't do it because then you wouldn't have an XJ.

you know you drive an XJ when you spend 2/3rds of the money you have for the next two weeks after rent on steel, cutting wheels and tools to begin a bumper build. Then you realize you might have to go without food for a day or two, shrug and say to yourself "I've waited 9 months to start this, whats a couple days without food?"

Yes I really did this, I have enough money to buy gas to get to and from work and buy food at work but not really any extra. hahaha

You know you drive an XJ, when unlike most other vehicles, power tools such as drills, and angle grinders are required while working on your vehicle, and you're proud of this.
