Like someone else said, go buy a Honda. Tell me how much fun you have when you get stuck, and your 2 wheel drive can't pull you/push you out. Who ya gonna call? The ghostbusters, or someone with a 4x4.

All the best, Nancy.
It's called 2wd buyers remorse....

Bash XJ's in a post ? My license plate says XJ and I wave at other Cherokee owners on the road and have a local meet every other weekend with like 5 other Cherokee owners in town. If you had a 2wd jeep you would understand, trying to argue the 2wd is better even though knowing deep down it's not....

Selec-Trac ? Quadra-Trac with the 84-87 XJ's ? Anyways, yeah I know.... There are just no 4wd Cherokees in the whole state on cars.com or autotrader that are in half okay condition and miles.... Even though take rate was 79% for 4wd XJ's.

I used to own a Mazda Millenia S, there were like 3 people on the only forum for it out there... I was turned away by multiple mechanics that didn't want to touch the Miller Cycle..... The IAC valve was $1,000 dealer only part, the steering links were $800, I always had vac leaks and CEL, the supercharger was rattling(it was on it's 2nd, $2500 repair), etc. The Cherokee is a walk in the park in contrast to what I'm used to and the support I am used to getting....

-Sidenote:Look at how depressing this forum is, just read the thread topics.... but luckily the 3 members there are helpful.

"Cylinder 5 millenia 2000 -2.5 problem HELP!!!"

"2.3s MissFire & CEL blink "

"Can't start 2001 Millenia 2.5... looked everywhere, tried all. "

"Help! p0300 mifire driving me nuts "
