XJ to ZJ Disk Breaks Parking Brake

XJ to ZJ Disk Breaks Parking Brake
Ok as title states I am switching to disk breaks and I got past my first dilemma which was the backing plates. I have them, now I am reaching my second problem the KJ parking breaks. The dealer doesn't carry them anymore and all I can find is the Wagner brand part # BC142043 and BC142044 will these work just as well as the stock OEM? If not anyone know any other brands that will?
