if you're racing its really a toss up, but if you're talking trails its a no brainer.....

racing is one thing as I used to have bugs that would smoke mustangs, I'd be more worried about a built 4cyl than his paperweight .....

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that the OP is... 16 years old. Am I right?

Yeah I'm not really trying to race him but I'll take him to the trails, if he can find a way to get his rig there

I was referring to you but close enough.

My little brother is just like you and your friend. Why do you care who's is better? Tell him to either put his money where his mouth is or shut the **** up. It's as simple as that.

Go race through a field, drive over a log, arm wrestle, etc... I'm sure you can think of something.

I've never understood what starting a thread in an internet forum does to prove anything.

so he can't drive it on the street and can't get it to the trail, makes this thread rather pointless don't you think?

I did, and if you don't get it don't participate. It was to get people's input on which would do better. Thanks for the response though

In about 5 years you'll stop caring what other people think and say.

Haha you remind me of my older brother, but ya you do have a point. I was just wondering if blazers are more capable than xj's seeing as I'm not very knowledgable about them. I'm not trying to be a jerk about it just wondering and joking around a bit

When I was younger my brother proved the FULL POWER OF THE BLAZER (spoken like imperial commander) by running it into a telephone pole at 40mph. He still drove it home with a speed-v.

Don't be him.

Haha I won't I have to pay for the things I break and have to drive my jeep to school and work so I have learned a few times that being stupid and showing off doesn't get you too far

Showing off will take all the way to jail or the hospital, so you can't say it will take you nowhere.
