Been on this forum a while now and it looks like most here never ordered or bought a new XJ from a Jeep Dealer back in the day.
This is the window sticker build sheet for my 2K XJ i custom ordered back in late '99.

That's really pretty cool to see. Got my 2 door when it was 31 years old for alot less than 20K. LOL I find it interesting that Jeep chose to delete the rear sway bar with the up country package, many argue that it's a must to keep the rear sway bar. Took mine off and have never missed it. Just an oddity. If the sway bar is so important for safety and stability, why would Jeep engineers delete it in a $780 upgraded package. Food for thought anyway.

I found my original window sticker under the back seat. It's neat to see it from time to time.

That's cool. I just got my Factory Build Sheet today, after a chat with JEEP Corporate. Found that i have a 117 Amp Alternator, so now I don't have to worry about upgrading.
