second one is about how stuck I was my second beach trip, well the back tires anyway, the front were not buried quite that deep.

The front entire AXLE was buried under the sand, unfortunately i don't have any better pics of that night because i was pretty drunk at that time.
The funny thing about it is that it happened while we were going to the club on the beach and i just left the jeep where it was and said "let's go to the club and we'll think of it tomorrow morning" and that saved me because at 6 AM i had all the people that were in the club pushing me out, that was awesome.
The first pic is a dry pond (i thought it was dry, but only on the surface), worst stuck ever, it was impossible even to walk on that ****, wet sand mixed with salt and dead algae, it took me two days and a tractor to undig the jeep that kept sinking slowly in the quicksand as time went by...

Yeah that first one looked pretty bad! Looks like you were driving along and the ground just opened up and swallowed your tires lol.

looks almost like the beaches here, thats why I asked. Although the waves here are rarely calm like that.

Yet another no go day for me. Cloudy,dark,rainy and cold plus I am almost out of gas lol. I want to get back out there and get some pictures.

here is the beach

you can drive right up to it

here is the dunes




i didn't like sand running at first but when i look back it was pretty fun

yea, that was a pretty calm day for us. a couple places get 5-7 footers regularly
