Which XJ?
Found a couple XJs that i have my eye on....Opinions on either one?
2001 Cherokee Sport 92k Miles One Owner - Prior Salvage Titile - $5000
1997 Cherokee Sport 50k Miles Two Owners - Clean Title - $6000
The 97 just had a bunch of new parts put on, im guessing it sat a long time, or never got drove before this owner bought it. Now this guy hardly even drives it too.

Both of those are very pricey in my opinion. The KBB value probably isn't even $4,000 for the 97 in excellent condition. I would look around for something else before you jump into anything. I bought my 96 for $400 and drove it home. Just keep in mind that if it's "too nice", you're not gonna want to offroad it or have any fun with it.

my 98 limited was $1600 theres good deals out there, but if your buying off an xj fan they jack it up. buy off someone that doesnt know xj's are the best yet haha
Id search around more, you dont ever want to buy the first thing you run across because it can be regretful. Also you dont want anything that has a salvage title. You can find alot better deals on those models then that, too high in my opinion. I gave $600 for my '93 and drove it home, all it needed was a headlight switch.
