Default WTF

I just had the strangest thing happen. I stopped at the gas station and when I went to put my Jeep into Park my starter engaged. Did it in neutral also so I had to turn it off in gear then when I went to start again I put it in neutral and the starter engaged and the truck started. When I got home I turned it off in gear and unhooked the battery put it in park ... let it sit for about 5 minutes hooked it back up and now everything is normal. WTF?? anybody else ever have this happen?

That's incredibly strange.

Sounds like you got some water in some bad places, and have some shorted circuits going on.

Not sure, but wondering if the neutral control switch on the trans may have had a hand in it.
