Would you trust this to hold a tire?
I found this cheap rear tire mount, I have my doubts... what do you think?

Oh yes, you are correct, I didn't notice that. I thought you just mounted it to your rear bumper. Thats why I was skeptical, it seemed to "flimsy" but thats prolly cuz its made for a tiny trailer tire

They make some tire carriers that plug into a reciever sorta like a bike rack. Theres one thats pretty basic for like 100 bucks and theres another iv seen that is pretty expensive and not worth it.

bring something to cut the bolts off when you go to pick n pull. I tried every hitch on an xj at the lot near me and they were not coming off using a breaker bar and pipe for extra leverage. battery powered grinder would be my weapon of choice for this but cordless sawzall would probly work too.
