So can you elaborate more on what kind of cargo net you're making? To drape over the trunk, separate the rear cargo area, roof rack etc..?

Yea, I'm a bit confused as well. Why are you making them to drape down from the headliner? Isn't a cargo net meant to hook into the bolts in the floor of the cargo area?

It's still a good idea. Most people don't really try and make things and always buy them. So props to you man!

Well maybe I'll take one if it's dank cuz I could use it for camping to keep stuff out of the back seat.

Maybe but for some people buying products from a independent store or fellow jeeper is preferred. I always try to buy American made products over products that are made over seas. I also rather go to a mom and pops shop than a Huge dept store. So, if I had to pay like 5-10$ more to get a product that's made in america and exp if it's someone just starting out I really dont mind.

Still, make your product. It could turn out better then the ones they sell. Also, with the skill of building them I'm sure you could get custom sizes made. I wanted one for my roof rack but the one I purchased was too long on the length side and dent clip unless I had stuff piling up top

Honestly, please take it with a grain of salt and it's just my opinion. I'm not bashing your product I just think its not necessary.

I never try to pack anything over the bench seats as its extremely dangerous during an accident. If you have so much stuff that you need a net to hold it back, it's really unsafe for anyone in the vehicle.

I like the idea. But I think it needs to go the full length and height of the back and have something to make it halfway tight

yeah it ended up beign kinda small but i think it's kinda neat. and i agree that the cargo area shouldn't get that full, but i'll keep it there, i'm in denial that this was a bad idea hahaha

ill probably make it bigger when i get some more cord

You just gotta play with it and rework it a little. It would be cool if there were contact points on the back of the bench and on the rear somewhere so it would hold stuff down in an accident or roll over maybe

what i was thinking because i stretched the cord soo tight it's real stiff i'll probably figure a way to mount a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit on it.. probably the best way to have it be easy access with them being tumbling around or in the way.. but who knows im open to suggestions
