Oh and she took on a little bit of water...oops...would that affect it more?

It works quite well. Learned it from some old school mechanics. I did it in my dad's dodge conversion van with the 5.2. It had the popular oil pressure problem and cleared the issue right up.

Yes, water does not compress. Therefore bad.

Did you notice the sound after it took on " a bit of water" lol

It wasnt immediately. Took on water april-ish, started ticking middle end of August maybe.

I wish water was combustable at that point in time. Lol
