Yeah....i dont want to use our suppliers names in a bad way but they did that for a while to!! I refused to use stacked blocks and pitched a major ***** and got lift springs for the rigs i lifted after that. One block is bad enough but stacked!! WTF!!! I guess engineers dont understand physics huh!?!?

I do these for a living and BDS is the company we use. You got 4" springs for the front and 5" blocks which is 2" taller than the stock block. The new is cast with the bump stop wing on it so it will be level once it's done. You dump the factory block and put the new taller one in. It's rare to have them stack blocks, but nothing like this if they do. You questioned it but your manager said to stack blocks.
You did good. Your manager needs a kick in the applesack. I'll bet it sat 3" taller in the rear after that mess.

My manager agreed with me and we both pitched a *****. Yeah the stock block should be tossed but 2 of the companies sent 3" blocks and ubolts that fit em perfect. Some kits do send replacement blocks. It seems like the newer kits come with shorter block and n add a leaf now.
