wiper cowel cover?

Does anybody know the correct term for the vent piece that fits over your wipers is width of the hood? I need to buy a new one and cant find any thing, have used all kinds of different names and cant seem to find one....

cowell cover

Thats what I thought also, but thats not it. The part I need has the holes where the wipers studs come through, it looks like one long vent with two holes for the wipers, right on top.

Its the heater cowl

Or air intake cowl. Its a cowl that provides air for the interior heater and stuff lol
