Default window problems

So, all of my windows work perfectly fine, but they only work from the drivers side switches. How would i go about fixing this the easiest way possible (unless its somthing more labor intensive) Im sure there has got to be some other people with this exact problem. What are your experiences with fixing this sort of problem? could it be a bad window lock switch? Thanks

Or do this, the first set of pics is what Doug has, and the second set is what I did, it seemed a little more "professional". But it's up to you

If you have a soldering iron and want your window lock switch to still be functional just take it apart and resolder the switch connections. A little more work; not as simple as splicing two wires together, but it legitimately fixes the issue.
