I wasn't really sure where to put this but I figured this would be close enough lol.

I just bought a winch and a winch plate that was made for a wrangler bumper. I was wondering if there was anyone around york, pa that would help me cut down the plate to fit my bumper and then secure it onto the bumper. I don't have the tools to get the job done can provide pics of the material that I have. Thanks in advance
