Will Wrangler JK Wheels fit my WK Cherokee?

If you or someone you know have swapped '07 Wrangler wheels onto a '07 Cherokee w/o any problems I would like to know. I realize the tire sizes are slightly different but know nothing about the backspacing. I appreciate your input

The bolt pattern is the same not a clue on back spacing.

I didn't buy the JK wheels+tires yet, there's a local guy selling them, he upgraded his stock wheels to aftermarket and is selling the stock ones. I know the bolt pattern is the same, the differences in the width and profile (stock) is 245(WK) vs 255 (JK) and 65-WK vs 55-JK). These aren't huge differences so I don't think the fronts will rub or the 55 vs 65 will make the ride any harsher. Not sure if if the stock JK's will affect the speedo. Just wondering if anyone here has done it and how it turned out.
