Sorry, I'm new and I think I saw a thread of a guy who installed one and had steps but I can't find it. Just wondering if the stock bumper off my fathers JK would fit my XJ after trimming it down and of course making an insane mount.

Can't link you, but it does with some modification. Dunno if it was the same guy, but saw it recently as well. Doesn't look half bad surprisingly.

 

Been trying to find his post for a while.
He didn't have the fog lights in but I would.
Just trying to see his mount.

Theres a guy on my other jeep forum who has the Jk bumper front and rear, i believe. Dont know how he did but he did.

 

I like the way the front bumper looks on it

 

Looks surprisingly stock, but I really don't see the point. Why go through the effort to add more plastic?

IMO, XJ bumper probably tougher than a JK one...

 

Just looking for something different. Was either building custom with stinger or jk with working fogs.

Well its your jeep so your decision. I personally like the look of stingers. Could always flip a coin. Lol

 

Same but cost is a factor(I'm still in high school )
