Wild Motor dreams..
If you had the tools, time and money.
What motor would you try and fit into a XJ/MJ?
Me it would be a V10 out of a SRT10 RAM, with a NV4500 behind it all stuffed into a well built MJ..

Not only do you get a huge boost in fuel milage but you gain an extra 130ft-lbs of torque to play around with. If I ever did that swap the whole unibody would get serious bracing and reinforcement

a 4.0 stroked out to 4.6, with all the goodies.

Remember this about motors, not would they would do to a XJ.
