I've been beating on my rc lift for years now with not one failure or anything. Not just saying this cause I use it either. Would of loved to of chose a different brand but I'm not rich. I have children. Whatever tho to each his own. In my opinion rc is right up there with the rest. Just a little more or a rough ride. I just replaced my lca s from rough country not 10 minutes ago and the bushings look just like new. So do the arms minus some scratches. I like there products and customer service. That's a plus to me. If you don't like them don't buy their stuff I guess. Idk. That's my .02

wearing out bushings in a year does seem strange. did the kit come with grease-able bolts for the leaf springs?

Wondering if the bushing issue is a relative new one? Liam here posted his are fine after several years.. then the post of the brothers both destyroying them recently.

I remember over the years there being issues with other brand lifts and their bushings, is RC's a poly or rubber bushing? I'm wondering if it'll turn out as the company trying to save a few $ by sourcing their bushings from another manufacturer.. and the manufacturer having a different recipe..if you will. Not all bushings are created equal..

Now, the springs bending is a whole nother ballgame.

RC customer care wouldn't or couldn't answer that question for us. They do know of a lot of issues with the bushings and leafs springs sagging but will do nothing about them. This customer in the shop thought is was a life time warranty (which I seriously doubt) and we are looking into that but are getting nowhere.

My experience with them is mixed. Their leaves suck, they are the softest leaves I have ever seen, if I have two people sitting in my backseat it hits the bumpstops on corners, Im on 33's with only a 3 inch lift but i dont have that little uptravel. The leaves also sagged down about a solid 1.5 inches since I bought them a year ago, I need a lift shackle to level it out. Luckily I just put in order in at a local spring shop for some custom ones to be made.

I also have their control arms. The metal parts of them are more than beefy enough, the lowers have held the whole weight of my front end multiple times with minor scratches, but as someone on here said the bushings suck, both of the axle side bushings on my LCA's are worn out.

Their coils are fine, I don't have any complaints about them, They haven't really sagged since I bought them very much and the spring rate is decent.

Their shocks are terrible, no two ways to say it.

All in all I wouldn't buy from them again probably. Maybe if it was just for a daily driver that wasn't going to see hard use I would, but still.

I've used Rubicon Express, Rustys, Rancho, SkyJacker and Rough Country.

Todate Rough Country and Rustys have had the Very Best customer service hands down. I've had nothing but great luck with there products.

Where as Rubicon Express, I blew out there flex joints in less than 3 months, and always had "clanky" suspension..

Rough Country has just always been good to me. Even shipping parts to me at a camp ground and having them there in 23 hours..

I'd love to get worked up and go on a 15 paragraph rant about why i love rough country and bash the rest, but i'll sum it up to this..

My first purchase was with RC. and that purchase with them was made solely on price. but the next 7-10 purchases there-after, were because of the service and quality.

If you keep the customer happy. They'll stay a customer. Im happy! In this industry, it does not take much to loose me tho!

price. i have old man emu on the wife's liberty and it is very very nice but very very expensive. i bought the rc because i read that everyone liked theirs and hte price was good. its my jeep, not the family jeep. if it was a family jeep then maybe i would've gotten a softer riding set up but i like stiff suspension. and they have worked great for me and my sons to run on the trails around here. nothing big and mostly for looks but it looks great
