I wanna hear some of the reasons why you guys love your jeeps! I personally love the fact of durability and customization that you can do to an XJ!

Started with my grandfather. He gave me his love for them and then once I got mine I started to love it just for what it can do.

Guess I'm just dumb or don't know any better. I miss the days when I could go more than 2 trips without breaking something that cost more than a weeks pay.

Because I went up to snow country yesterday to take my folks to visit my uncle in the hospital. My 95ZJ never missed a beat, worked perfectly, never got stuck, and did it all with comfort. I've never felt safer in any other vehicle I've owned.

I like the Cherokee because it's a practical vehicle that I can haul stuff in, tow a trailer when I want to, make it through the snow when it happens, and it's an all around good truck.

bought a XJ becuase i knew what i was getting into. this is my 2nd xj, 4th jeep overall. my father had 6 jeeps. my brother is on his 3rd. we love jeeps. my cherokee is a winter beater so i dont have to beat up my lotus exige in the snow.
in the last few weeks i was doubting why i bought it. power steering went but luckily was replaced under the MA lemon law (phew)...
but yesterday when the storm hit i was bombing around the city when everyone else was stuck at home. i remembered why i love(d) my jeeps prior, and why i love this one now.
guess my plan to not spend money on it is going right out the window.

I had a serious Jones a few years ago, after several months of intense searching I ended up buying my YJ.
This was good & then about a year ago I suddenly had to have an XJ. Found mine by chance, & love pretty much everything about it.
So now I want a Comanche real bad, & ZJ's are starting to catch my eye.
Original poster, You are not far from me. We should catch up sometime.

Because:
- it fits me like a good pair of boots.
- when I get to work and there's a line of left-turners keeping me from pulling in the parking lot, I can go over the huge curb with zero effort.
- most importantly, it will take me and my kayaks to any fishin hole I want to go to.
