I think if it was cleaned up a little it would actually look pretty cool. It has potential to look nice.

 

I fail to see an issue. The owner of the vehicle had it painted how they wanted. You don't have to like it. It's not yours.

heyyy it's a hippie jeep. prolly smells like grass (if u know what i mean).
really comes to show you that all kinds of people drive XJs. I saw one right when i pulled out of my street with at least 20" wheels. i pulled up beside him at the light and the dude seriously gave me the look like his XJ was better than mine. i had to laugh. then we took off and he got to read the word ARMY on my rear hatch.

 

Hey, if the person that owns the Jeep likes what he /she has done to it, who are we to argue with them, personally I like it
