You heard it. Post your pics of your snorkels (high in the sky, homemade, manufactured, in cab). Routing options too (under stock box, different box, side fender).
Mine is obviously a safari snorkel. Paid for the 97+ kit which is stupid. That bottle they give you blows, buy the 96 and below for 150 less and get an older xj bottle. I've been up over midway the windshield in water with my doors on(sweet pucker factor), and came out fine thanks to some good prevenative water penetration techniques.

I'll try to get some pics later today, but I got a homebrew snorkel. Cost about $50 bucks to make. Sure it is a little getto but it is functional.

Limb risers

Anyway, here's my $150 safari snorkel off of Craigslist. I've been in deep enough to cover the hood and no issues. Everything electrical under the hood is coated in dielectric.

Made out of steel. Made new lower part of factory air box. Then through the cowl then the finder stopping at a box made out of part of a stock bumper with a drain hole and up to the top. About $40 and a few more hours then I had planed.
