jails and hospitols are busy in the holidays!

 

I know it has been crazy so far and I've only been on shift for 2 hours.

 

Off tomorrow and monday, looks like some quality time with te jeep is commin. Happy holidays everyone.

 

Lucky... Between work and keeping everyone else's car running I never have time to work on the xj

 

yep im a tow truck operator and so far its slow....knock on wood lol

I used t get time and a half but the city got cheap and took the half away lol

 

I'm in high school and so I got off of school on the 15th and worked all week but the pizza place where I work was closed today and on Sundays so I got my first weekend off in over a year!!!

 

Nursing homes don't close for the holidays.... I get the oh do special privilege of working a double shift

 

luckily i dont work weekends and they gave us the option to take all next week off but i figure by thursday ill be getting a little bored so im goin in thursday/friday as they will be open those days...and **** with the skeleton crew thats working i figure not a whole lot will be goin on anyway so it'll be easy money

 

We got off friday at 1:30 PM. I work at a small auto repair shop with just one other mechanic and the boss and secretary so we shut down for two weeks per year for vacations, we always take off between Christmas and new Years so I don't go back until January 2nd. I'm heading to Southwest new mexico on Wednesday for a couple days of Camping/exploring.

If you are working on xmas and not getting atleast double pay, you are getting screwed!
