Default Where to get a bumper and winch?

Can spend 800 without shipping included need some ideas I wouldn't mind a winch that I can move from front to back though that's pretty much the only thing I know I want

Here is the one I'm getting:
http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep-xj-...mper_1057.html

Winch:

I would personally get the synthetic cable (costs more), but if your budget is $800, then the bumper and the winch with steel cable total is about $700. Jason from Rough Country can get you a 10% discount since you're a CF member too...

Ya just did a bunch of research on those, I run mostly rough country already I'm happy with their customer service but have had a few issues with their leaf springs but every time something happens they fix it right away so I'm thinking they may be the ones I'm going with
