Start by posting in a relevant sub forum.
Second, after some google searching, I think the one you posted may be home made/modified to bolt on/work the way it did. So start there. Find something similar for a good price, and hack it up to make it fit.

thats basically what your looking at... price +/- $80.... and btw it will not hold up to hitting much.. i mean maybe some shopping carts while mall crawling but thats about as serious as it gets...
but for as much as your spending on one of those. Why not make your money worth while and buy one of these instead
